MAS UTD: Agroecological Pioneers of Zürich

During the fifth week of the semester, the students travelled for several days on a collective field trip following along the trail of agriculture and ecology pioneers in the Canton of Zurich, with an excursion from the bottom of Lake Zurich through the Tösstal Valley. The pioneers are experts in their field from people out in the field tillaging to ecologists working within the field of science to understand the future of agriculture.

The MAS UTD programme links the ETH Zürich Department of Architecture and EPF Lausanne School of Architecture, Civil and Environmental Engineering. It is part of the ETH Zürich D-ARCH Landscape and Urban Studies Institute (LUS) and the EPFL ENAC Habitat Research Center (HRC).
