STUDIO FOODSCAPES ZURICHMidterm Review ETH Zurich

We were delighted to host the Midterm Review of our current studio FOODSCAPES ZURICH: Design for an Agroecological Region at the newly opened ONA Open Kitchen Lab here in our spaces in Zurich Oerlikon.

The MAS participants presented their first drafts of design concepts towards a more socially and ecologically resilient and just agroecological food region. During the break, everyone came together to prepare a collective lunch using local ingredients.

We were delighted to be joined by our great guests and reviewers Erze Dinarama, (architect, designer and researcher), Christoph Küffer (professor for urban ecology HSR/ETHZ), Nathalie Peters (architect and researcher, HSLU and Denkstatt Sarl), and Philipp Vandenbroeck (doctoral researcher, Newrope ETHZ)
