STUDIO ZURICH FOODSCAPESFinal Showcase ETH Zürich
We were happy to host the Final Showcase of the research and design studio ZURICH FOODSCAPES: Design for an Agroecological region that concluded the spring semester of the MAS in Urban and Territorial Design 2025-2026 on Friday, the 19th of June at the large greenhouse of the Areal Dunkelhölzli.
The MAS participants presented the results of four months of research and design work. A small exhibition accompanied the presentations, where key elements of each group’s work and the studio’s common vision were on display. It was a day full of interesting discussions, hopeful visions and critical reflections.
We were delighted to be joined by our guests and reviewers Marc Angélil, ETHZ, professir emiritus, architect, and urban designer; Andjelka Badnjar Gojnić, TUM, architect, curator, and researcher; Gianna Ledermann, EPFL, architect, doctoral candidate, and writer; Charlotte Malterre-Barthes, EPFL, professor, architect, and urban designer; Adrian Müller, FiBL, physicist and researcher; and Judith Riedel, Institut für Agrarökologie, co-founder, director, and ecologist.
Thanks again to all the participants of the MAS UTD of 2025-2026. We congratulate them for their works and we wish them all the best in their future!
